My mind wants to speak

Sounds strange...but m feeling like..
My mind wants to speak,he want to talk,he want to share what it feels like when he is calm.

This is a pic of Atlantic ocean .so peaceful isn't it?

So my silent mind is feeling liKe its a light feather just floating above the water with no efforts :) just like flowing with the flow,no force,no desire,no effort just ^^^^.........

Life can be so peaceful if i always be in this mental state,with zero thoughts,am feeling that all my anger,all my demand,all my fights, all my issues are just sleeping silently in my mind,and if i ll speak a single words,if i ll make a mental conversation they will awake,so i ll not speak.. oh i just noticed my breaths are so calm,am not sleeping but m in a restful state wow this feels great....

NOW i wonder we can instruct our mind,we can control our thoughts even,so every single experience of my life is just a thought of my mind,if i ll pay no attention to them they have no existence in real.

yess....

So this mean what ever is bothering me, i have to make them powerless by giving no attention to them,then they will be buried forever. Ok so from now i will just bother about what is essential,and will shut off all other thoughts,and will get back to this state whenever i feel like.
