Will machines ever eliminate us??

Science and technology is developing so powerful AI techniques.Now machines are capable enough in human level voice recognition,image classification to various communication skills.Now the technology had grown to such extend that machines(so called robots) are close to human intelligence.

Now machine can do any thing a human can!!,machine can solve problems,can give solutions in real time,they can cook,they can entertain you,they can identify your mood,they can drive for you..and lot more...and of-course if am saying all these,it mean i know MACHINES CAN!!!

But now what about the other side??like every coin has a two side.

we all know that with technology it would be hard to survive even a single day,because we are so addicted to mobiles, internet, light(artificial), vehicles,computers,lifts,AC,coolers...etc etc but this immense growth in AI especially may lead to something destructive!!(may be).

Few days back one of friend had asked me to give few points which are not computable!,means those things which, a machine can not solve.So while having a debate with her we conclude that machine can't think,machine needs a commander,machine can not judge,machine doesn't have feeling..etc etc 

But scientist and engineers are working day and night to make machine capable enough to take decision,to judge,to predict!! So that they can be used in military to save human lives,that means for the ease of humans..But what if the things turned destructive,i am not worried about that machine would rule us because they really cant,because we know how to shut them up!! but what if the technology goes in wrong hand,what if those intelligent machines we are trying to create becomes really intelligent that they will serve their master's purpose just by instruction that, it is his master's command??Things may turn wrong.Another major worry is machine had been taken our jobs from centuries,does this growth would lead to unemployment??because now a machine can do a work of 100 of people in just a day,then who would feed those 100 people???(hehe)..

I am not at all against technology,not at all!!! but i am just worried!!We must consider all the factors :) we must ensure that technology should not be misused.
